As a motor owner looking for HiD, you may be interested in following issues:

• How is the quality?
• And warranty?
• How long I have to wait for my order?
• After-sale service.
• Are they safe product? Do they explode??

As a distributor / wholesaler, you are likely to ask following questions: 

• Free sample(s)?
• Do I have to pay shipping cost?
• What's your MOQ ( minimum order quantity )?  
• I heard factory / wholesaler X's price is much lower then yours?
• Why you retail online worldwide, you are killing us! 

Answers 

As your retailer:

• We can assure you the HID kit you purchase can work at least two years without any problem.
• If your kit gets shot within two years, nothing you need to send back to us, we'll send new ones to you directly.
• Generally one week the kit will arrive your mail address, but most of the case it's three or five days.
• For any technical & non-technical issues please contact us as soon as possible.
• You may hit a 1 million USD lottery when the kit you purchase from us explodes. But actually we have been in HID business for more than six years and have never been told or ever heard of a kit explosion.

As a factory / wholesaler:

• Yes they are free only after you officially place order(s) afterward.
• Unfortunately yes for orders and samples. It's yet negotiable according to your order quantity ( for by-sea shipping only ).
• MOQ is 5 units.
• Please make sure the products you are comparing are completely the same in material / component, warranty, service, and quality.
• Our retail ratio is very low, and our retailing customers are mainly from B2B sites; they are stable customers that would ask us to find other stuffs Made in China other then HIDs.
